Discover everything that the SELF App offers for your training experience:

• Access your TRAINING sessions: information about exercises, weights, repetitions, execution tips, and training expiration. Also, check your physical assessment whenever you want.
• Check the CLASS schedule: check-in, see class times, reserve a spot in the room, and if the class you want is full, you'll be notified as soon as there's an available spot!
• Engage with teachers and peers through the TIMELINE feature by posting photos and messages.
